What is Crossfit? Crossfit is a program developed to offer a full-body workout that combines elements of cardio, weight-lifting, gymnastics, core training, and more to prepare the body for the unexpected. Workouts are done in a group/class setting with a Certified Crossfit Trainer leading every class. This ensures motivation as well as safety.
What makes Crossfit FCC different? Our goal is to not only strengthen our physical bodies but to support and encourage each other and strengthen our faith in God. We have a “verse of the week,” faith-building events twice-a-month, and a positive atmosphere that is evident as soon as you walk in the door. Romans 4:20 talks about being “strengthened in faith” and “giving glory to God,” and that is our focus at Crossfit FCC.
With the variety of workouts, community support, mental and physical challenges, and scaled workouts for all fitness levels, Crossfit FCC is definitely for everyone!
